Find your 1 rep max weighted pull-up

Team WOD

For time:

  • 60 cleans
  • 60 back squats
  • 60 sit-ups
  • 60 thrusters
  • 60 burpees

One person works, the holds the plank position. You can use separate weights for the cleans, squats and thrusters. The number of reps is to be completed together. Partition each set of 60 as required. There must always be one person in the plank position.
