On Sunday 9th of February Elwin will give a gymnastics workshop at CrossFit Twente.
The workshop will start at 15:00 and will end at around 17:00. We will practice handstand variations, bar variations and possibly also some ring variations.
The workshop will be 5 euros. And afterwards you can join dinner and possibly more fun in the city!
