We understand that individual circumstances and needs can change over time. While we value each member’s participation in the Hercules Student Association, we respect your decision if you discontinue your membership.

Should you decide to terminate your membership with the Hercules Student Association, please note the following procedure:

  1. Please send an email to: with the subject line ‘Membership Termination Request’.
  2. In the body of the email, kindly mention your full name, your membership period, and as optional, the reason for termination.
  3. You may also include any feedback or suggestions for the association. Your insights will help us continue to improve the Association for current and future members.

Once we receive your email, we will process your request as quickly as possible. Should there be any need for further details or steps, we will communicate this to you directly.

While it saddens us to see any member leave, we respect your decision and are grateful for the time, effort, and contributions you have made during your membership. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
