On Sunday 14th of April Elwin will give a gymnastics workshop at CrossFit Twente.  The workshop will start at 13:00 and will end at around 15:00. We will practice handstand variations, bar variations and ring variations. The workshop will be free.

Join the monthly drink at café Twekkie on 24 April after the training. If you cannot make it to the training, feel free to join as well!
