  • 8 1/4 Squat Jumps
  • 8 Scap Push-Up from Elbow

Workout: Metcon ‘The Chief’. 5x 3 min. AMRAP :

  • 3 Power Clean
  • 6 Push-Ups
  • 9 Squats
  • Rest 1 minute
